Contact and website ownership

This website is operated for Stavros Georgikos. Questions about the website or information you have shared can be sent through the inquiry form. This is a personal professional website; Robert Half engagements are subject to the applicable Robert Half terms and processes.

Preparing or sending an inquiry

When you select “Send inquiry,” the details you enter are submitted to Netlify Forms and stored in this website’s private Netlify dashboard so Stavros can review and respond. Netlify also processes technical information for spam prevention. If email notifications are configured, a copy is sent to the configured recipient mailbox.

If the site cannot confirm submission, it keeps your details in the current page so you can retry or copy your inquiry. You can also connect with Stavros on LinkedIn. Your details are not sent through an email app by this website. Inquiries may be retained to respond and manage the business relationship. The website does not automatically add you to a mailing list.

Capability selections and project briefs

The capability explorer remembers only your selected capability identifiers in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes after your last interaction. The “Share selection” control shares a link containing those service selections; it does not include your business details. You can clear your selection at any time from the selection bar.

The project brief tool prepares text in the current page. Your typed business details are not sent to an AI model or saved to browser storage while you complete the tool. If you choose “Use this brief in my inquiry,” the brief is held temporarily in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes and removed from that storage when the contact page reads it. Copying, downloading, or printing a brief creates a copy under your control. Nothing is submitted to Stavros until you send the inquiry form.

The website guide and optional AI assistant

The website guide answers using prepared information from this site. Guide-mode messages stay in the current page’s memory and clear when you refresh, leave the page, or choose “Start over.” They are not saved in browser storage. If you choose “Use this brief in my inquiry,” that brief is held temporarily in the current browser tab to prefill the contact form, then removed when the contact page reads it.

If AI mode is enabled, the assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant. Your messages and recent conversation context are sent through a server-side Netlify Function and Netlify AI Gateway to OpenAI to generate a response. The server requests that responses are not stored as retrievable response objects, but that does not eliminate the provider’s operational or abuse-monitoring retention. AI replies may contain mistakes. The assistant cannot confirm rates, candidate availability, appointments, or engagement terms. Please keep sensitive business, personal, financial, and candidate information out of chat.

Technical information

The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies by default. Hosting providers may keep normal access and security logs. Netlify handles website hosting, form storage, and request rate limiting, which can process IP addresses. The website keeps a daily AI request count in Netlify Blobs; this counter contains a date and number, without message text or visitor identifiers. Infrastructure providers may have their own log retention. See Netlify’s privacy information.
